1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Babyblo. By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Creation

• Use of the platform is intended for parents or guardians who are legally adults according to the laws of their country
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities conducted on your account

2.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify Babyblo of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

3. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data and your child's data is of paramount importance to us:

• All data is encrypted during storage and transmission
• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent
• You have full control of your data and can delete it at any time

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Packages

• Free: 1 baby, 20 entries, 1GB storage
• Basic (5.99$/month): Unlimited babies, entries, 100GB storage and sharing
• Premium (9.99$/month): All of the above + Analytics + PDF data export, 500GB storage

4.2 Payments and Charges

• Payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform
• Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day of the month you started
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. After the 14-day period expires, we do not provide refunds

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you will continue to have access to Premium/Basic features until then.

4.4 Package Change

You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. For upgrades, you can choose immediate application or application at the end of the current period. For downgrades, the change will take effect at the end of the current subscription.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of laws
• Distribution of malicious software or viruses
• Violation of other users' rights
• Copying, modifying or reverse engineering the service
• Automated data collection (scraping)
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Abuse of the PIN sharing system

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

• You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, videos, notes)
• You grant us a limited license to use the content exclusively for providing the service
• You are responsible for the content you upload and share
• When you share access with PIN, you control who has access, what they see, and you can revoke access at any time
• You must not upload content that violates third party rights

6.2 Babyblo Content

Babyblo and all its content (logos, texts, graphics, code) are protected by intellectual property rights and reproduction without permission is not allowed.

8. PIN Sharing

The service allows content sharing with family members via PIN:

• You are responsible for the secure management of the PIN you create
• Guest users have view-only rights
• You can revoke access or change the PIN at any time
• We are not responsible for misuse of the PIN by third parties

9. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time from settings
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
• All your personal data and content (photos, videos, entries) will be permanently and immediately deleted
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• In case of account termination by us, you will be notified in advance

10. Storage Limits

Each subscription package has specific limits:

• If you exceed the storage limit, you will not be able to upload new files
• In case of package downgrade, you have 30 days to download files that exceed the new limit before they are automatically deleted
• You can upload multiple files, up to 3 GB each, without exceeding your package limit

11. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be announced:

• Via message in the internal messaging system
• On this page with an updated date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you can delete your account.

12. Applicable Law

These terms comply with the regulations of the European Union and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
