General Questions
Babyblo is a comprehensive app for tracking your baby’s development, milestones, health records, photos, and precious memories.
Just sign up for a free account, add your baby’s details, and start tracking milestones, growth, and uploading photos.
Yes, all your data is encrypted and stored securely. We follow industry-leading security and privacy standards.
Only you and people you explicitly authorize (e.g. family members using a PIN) can access your data. Our team never views your personal information, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. You have complete control over your data and can request a copy, correction, or deletion at any time.
Subscription and Pricing
We offer three plans:
• Free – 1 baby, 20 entries, 1 GB storage
• Basic – $5.99/month – unlimited babies & entries, 100 GB storage
• Premium – $9.99/month – everything in Basic + 500 GB storage, advanced analytics, growth charts, and PDF/CSV export
You are billed monthly on the same calendar day you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on January 17, you’ll be charged again on February 17, March 17, etc.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades can take effect immediately or at the end of the current period. Downgrades always take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you get full value from what you’ve already paid.
Yes, you can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. After that, your account automatically switches to the free plan.
Go to Settings → Subscription → "Cancel Subscription". It takes effect at the end of the current period (you won’t lose access right away).
All entries and baby profiles are kept forever. Only photos/videos are affected by storage limits. If you exceed the new plan’s limit, the oldest files will be automatically deleted after a 30-day grace period. We strongly recommend downloading your media before downgrading.
You won’t be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade. You can delete older files or upgrade to Basic (100 GB) or Premium (500 GB).
Premium-only feature that gives you beautiful growth charts (weight, height, head circumference) and detailed reports you can share with your pediatrician.
We’ll retry your card several times over 24 hours. If all attempts fail, your account switches to the free plan. All entries and babies stay forever; only free-plan limits apply. Excess photos/videos older than 30 days may be deleted to comply with the 1 GB limit.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Revolut, etc.) through Stripe. Everything is fully encrypted.
Yes — go to Settings → Payment Methods to update your card anytime.
We’ll automatically retry several times over 24 hours. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan. You can update your card anytime to resume seamlessly.
Yes — every successful payment generates a downloadable PDF receipt in Settings → Subscription History (for your records).
You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund (EU law). Just email support@babyblo.com. After 14 days we don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime for the next billing cycle.
Features and Usage
Yes — unlimited babies on Basic & Premium (perfect for twins or siblings). Free plan is limited to one baby.
You create a share → enter any email → we generate a 6-digit PIN → you send the email + PIN to the person. They log in with those credentials and see exactly what you allow. You can revoke or change the PIN anytime.
View-only. They can look but never edit or delete anything.
Yes — they can export to PDF whatever you’ve allowed them to see.
Premium: full PDF + CSV export. Basic & Free: CSV only.
Yes (Premium) — beautiful printable PDFs with photos & charts included.
We don’t offer multi-user accounts yet, but you can give the other parent (or anyone) full view access using PIN sharing — no extra account needed.
Milestones, growth measurements, medical notes, reminders count toward the 20. Photos & videos do NOT count — only storage (1 GB free).

Yes — daily encrypted backups kept for 30 days.
Your memories are safe — daily encrypted backups kept 30+ days. In the extremely rare case of a restore, everything comes back exactly as it was.
24/7 monitoring + daily backups = your data is always protected.
Bank-level security: TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, bcrypt passwords, firewalls, regular audits.
Just use “Forgot password?” → answer your security question → reset instantly.
Deletion is permanent (with password confirmation). Always export first if you have Premium.
Yes — full permanent deletion available in settings.
No — permanent deletion is irreversible (by design for privacy).
